How long does it take to become a licensed engineer?
   A minimum of 8 years is required to become licensed. This typically consists of 4 to 6 years of education at an accredited college of engineering plus 2 to 4 years of experience working for another engineer.

What types of guarantees are offered by engineers?
   Like medical practitioners, engineers must utilize a reasonable standard of professional care in their practice. Also, like medical practitioners, engineers cannot guarantee the future and can only make evaluations and recommendations based on current conditions. However, an engineer is expected to utilize a reasonable standard of professional care and conform to the methods and standards used by most other engineers with similar training and experience.

How do I know that an engineer can help before hiring one?
   An initial telephone conversation is free-of-charge. Such a consultation will help to determine if an engineer can potentially help you with your situation.

In what states does Wrist Engineering operate?
   We are currently licensed in Ohio and Michigan and are becoming licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
